Shipping policy
By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge:
- The estimated shipping time for Ready to Ship ("Ready to Ship" or "In Stock") Products is 3 business days from the time full payment is received.
- The estimated shipping time for Made to Order ("Made to Order" or "Out of Stock") Products is 14 business days from the time full payment is received.
- Orders comprised of a combination of Ready to Ship and Made to Order Products are processed as and subject to the estimated shipping time (14 business days) for Made to Order Products.
- We will not ship partial orders; orders consisting of multiple Products will not ship until all components are available.
While we strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, the estimated shipping times above are not binding and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to delay orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, high order volumes and the quantity/size of an order. In the event we are unable to meet the estimated shipping date, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Consult our Refund and Return Policy for details on requesting a full or partial refund for a delayed order.
For orders shipped within the United States:
- We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx with signature required upon delivery for either method.
- Tracking is included for most shipments. You will receive an email with tracking information when your Product is ready for shipment.
- Exclusions: Sticker orders will not include tracking unless they are part of an order containing other Product types.
For orders shipped outside of the United States (International Orders):
- We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx with signature required upon delivery for either method.
- Tracking is not included, but may be added for an additional fee at checkout. If tracking is selected, you will receive an email with tracking information when your Product is ready for shipment.
- You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees which are applicable based on your country of residence. Please review your country's customs regulations for further details.
After your order ships, we are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or any errors or delays in the delivery of your package. However, we will do our very best to help locate any lost or delayed packages should the situation arise.
