Typically, packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail and are the responsibility of the client. Items are shipped Monday through Friday, but often same-day! If you need a specific company to be used for delivery, please contact us to make arrangements. Tracking is included in domestic shipping, and you'll get an email with further details once your order has shipped.
If shipping internationally, additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply depending on your country of residence. Please review your country's customs regulations for further details. You, the client, are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees applicable in your country of residence.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, PfitzSewSwell cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We cannot be responsible for any errors or delays in the delivery of your package once it has shipped; however, we will do our very best in helping you locate it should a situation arise.
As creator of your PfitzSewSwell Original, we work our hardest to custom-make one that you LOVE! Because each order is custom-made to in the color of your choice, orders are non-returnable.
